Now it happened one night that a boy named Ryan was having a bad scary dream. It was so bad and so scary that he woke up right in the middle of it. And when he woke up the bad dream was still there, right in his bedroom, just floating in the air by his bed. Ryan told the bad dream to go away, but it didn't go away and it looked like he might be stuck with it.

But luckily the Giant was going by right then. He happened to glance into Ryan's room, and when he saw the bad dream that was there he was very interested in it. He stuck his head right through the window.

"Is that your dream?" he asked.

"It sure is," said Ryan. "I wish it wasn't."

"Well give it to me!" the Giant told him. "I love bad dreams. I'll buy it from you. Go get a box and catch it for me!"
